Weatherford Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, garage floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, and related preparation and finishing work. Services are provided to residential and commercial properties within our defined service area in and around Weatherford, TX. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates provided by Weatherford Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit or inquiry. Final pricing may vary if:

• The scope of work changes at the customer's request.
• Hidden damage, structural issues, or conditions are discovered after work begins that were not visible during the estimate visit.
• Material costs change significantly between the date of the estimate and the scheduled start date.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling and material preparation costs. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, you agree to:

• Clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, equipment, and personal belongings unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• Provide access to water and electricity as needed for the job.
• Disclose any known conditions that may affect the work, including prior coatings, known moisture issues, or structural concerns.
• Ensure that any required permits are obtained if applicable to your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by check, credit card, or other methods as agreed. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may accrue a late fee as specified on the invoice.

Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind our work and will address legitimate defects in materials or workmanship that appear within a reasonable period after project completion, subject to the specific warranty terms provided in writing with your project. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, soil movement, flooding, or other conditions outside our control. No warranty is extended beyond what is expressly provided in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weatherford Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific project.
